Do you provide telehealth or in-office sessions?

Both. I am providing confidential sessions using a password-secured Zoom Room. Click here for more information. I am also seeing clients at my office location. I am excited to welcome you.

How can I be sure I need therapy?

You may need therapy when you notice that your emotions consistently disrupt or interfere with your routine for more than two weeks straight.

How often will we meet and for how long?
The frequency and duration of our sessions depend on your circumstance. Everyone is different.
Do you work on Saturdays or Sundays?

I schedule Saturday appointments between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm.

How do you accept payment?

I offer multiple payment options for your convenience.  An invoice can be emailed to you from Quickbooks prior to your session.  Forms of payment include major Debit/Credit Cards and ApplePay. Payments using invoices include a processing fee of 2.9% + .30.  I also accept Zelle payments which do not incur a processing fee.  And of course, cash is still king!

Payments are requested to be made prior to the start of session either online or in person.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. I am also able to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO out-of-network payments. Out-of-Network PPO insurance typically requires that an out-of-pocket deductible be met before co-pays are accepted. Why did you become a therapist?

I still believe one person can make a difference.

Who do you serve?

I see clients ages 12 and older for anxiety, depression, bi-polar, trauma, ADHD and life transitions. I can offer both traditional and Christian counseling. I also work with couples and provide Parent Coaching and support.

What type of training and workshops do you provide?

I provide in-person and virtual workshops on a variety of leadership, personal improvement and mental health topics. Do you have any children?

Yes. I have two adult children, Kenidi (pronounced Kennedy) and Jasmine, and one son in high school, Gavin.

Are you married?

Yes. Happily, for 26 years.

What do you do for fun?

I recently began acting in local stage plays. I really, really enjoy it. This has been a long-time goal. I also traveling, walking and great action, suspense, and funny movies with popcorn.
